This centrally-located, stylishly decorated, and well-appointed house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy the convenience of being able to walk to local parks, shops, restaurants, and bars in the charming neighborhood of Kamm's Corners. The downtown area is just a quick 15-minute drive, the airport is only 10 minutes away, and the Cleveland Clinic main campus is just 20 miles away. This is the ideal location for your visit to the Land! The Space: Spacious bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and necessary amenities make this house a home away from home. Keep in mind that the house is over 100 years old and although it has been updated, it still has some of its original quirks. This rental is for one unit of a duplex. One bedroom and the full bathroom are located on the second floor and the other bedroom and half bath are located on the first floor. The laundry is located in the basement, which is shared between both units of the duplex. Dive into nostalgic gaming with our N64 game console with 4 controllers! Plenty of parking is available in the driveway off of Pilgrim Ave, as well as on the street. We look forward to welcoming you to your cozy and convenient Cleveland home! We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am. 🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. 🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. I cooked several thanksgiving side dishes using many of the apartment's kitchen utensils - and thought that the kitchen was well stocked, super clean, and easy to cook and bake in. The only issue we had was with the alarm system which we let the owners know and they were super responsive. It's also very close to a metropark entrance for running/walking. We were in town to attend a graduation but also had time to visit Cuyahoga National Park, and The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in downtown Cleveland. The space was perfect for us, with a well stocked, small kitchen and a comfy living room area where we could relax and watch TV. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated with comfy beds.
