Historic charm and modern amenities. Private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with a Queen size bed and sleeper sofa in the living room. WiFi. Smart TV. Steps from one of Cleveland's trendiest neighborhoods, shopping on West 25th. Very walkable! Short ride to Edgewater Beach, Downtown, theater district, sport venues and major hospitals. Great for traveling nurses, temporary insurance claims housing, or corporate rentals! The space One-bedroom apartment on the second floor of a multi-family with a full kitchen (stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker). Note: This is the second floor unit of a multi-family with its own private entrance from the front porch and separate HVAC. The apartment is located in a safe neighborhood right down the street from the Christmas Story House, and it is a quick and easy drive to all the sights in the city from there. It is very clean, has a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of linens and extra blankets, and unexpected extras like a lighted mirror with defogging feature, full size washer & dryer, and coffee! It’s in a well-established area, but the interior looks recently renovated and it still smells new. The host pays special attention to little details and it shows. The towels are so soft, and the decor is fun and modern. We would absolutely recommend this place if you are looking for a central place to stay in the city! ##### Peter B. The property was perfect. It was clean and well maintained. All the rooms were nicely decorated and I felt very comfortable the entire time.
