It's nestled in the side of the mountain with a tranquil atmosphere. Loved sitting on the back porch and enjoying nature. It's close location to the area's sights was a nice bonus. We visited the area for my son's wedding at A Pretty Place chapel, and needed a place to stay for my family. It was so close to the chapel, less than 15 minutes away. This property had excellent ratings all the way around, that is why I chose it, and it was PERFECT! It had EVERYTHING you could wish for in a mountain getaway. Bear Creek is nestled neatly in the woods near DuPont Forest and Brevard, NC in Cleveland, SC. Quaint, clean, comfortable, and private! Beautifully decorated and equipped with all the necessities to make it home away from home! Thankful for the gas fireplace for those cool mornings and evenings. Beds are super comfy! Everything was just perfect! So close to Pretty Place Chapel, Brevard, and all the waterfalls nearby. I was with 4 kids and we all enjoyed the exploring area around the cabin. This place is surrounding with parks full of waterfalls and windy roads, woods and trails and places to wander. Just far enough off the beaten path to feel truly remote, but took us less than 30 minutes to get into Brevard for some groceries we forgot to buy beforehand.
