The coffee pot was cracked, the freezer handle was broken. The (old) washer/dryer was in the unfinished basement, down some steep stairs. (But there WAS a washer/dryer). One of the bed frames was not put together properly, and collapsed. The other bed had a winter appropriate comforter on it, even though it was in the 90s and high humidity. There was AC, but the bedrooms (upstairs) were warm, even with the ceiling fans on.Overall, it was a convenient location, and fit our needs. ##### Lydia K.
