The backyard is not accessible from inside the home, you have to go out the side door onto the driveway and open the wood gate to enter the backyard. The owner did get back to us and said they would send someone if we found the lock box inoperable.There was no soap in the home to use for showering.Towel bar fell off the wall. Master bedroom bed squeaked terribly.
