The Neighborhood:
Tremont is one of Cleveland's oldest neighborhoods, and was historically
home to many immigrant groups, including Germans, Greeks, and East
Slavs. It has numerous historic churches including Pilgrim Congregational
UCC (founded in 1859), St. Augustine (1893), St. John Cantius (1898), and St.
Theodosius Russian Orthodox Cathedral (1912). The neighborhood has
seen significant growth in recent decades and is today home to many
restaurants and art galleries. Since the early 2000s and especially since
the 2010s, Tremont has reinvented itself and is experiencing a revival.
With its close proximity to downtown and affordable dwellings, the
neighborhood began a revival in the 1990s due in large part to an influx of
new residents, including young professionals, empty nesters, hipsters and
immigrants attracted to the neighborhood's amenities, historic housing
stock and new infill housing. Tremont has become a destination spot with
numerous shops and art galleries, as well as restaurants, bars, and bistros.

Nice house. Great location. Easy to get to everything in CLE. Quite neighborhood. Was a great place to stay for our two families in town for a Guards game. Only issue would be if you have a hard time with stairs. Would definitely stay here again
We stayed at the Summit on Sixth for our Christmas celebration with our adult children. There was plenty space to all be together as well as sneak away for quiet time. Justin was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Space was warm and inviting and clean. The shower in the master is worth the price of the stay alone :-). Be aware, definitely not conducive to an individual who may have issues with stairs.
Justin and the summit hospitality was perfect for our group. We plan an annual meet up every year and this house couldn’t have been more accommodating. Perfect location. Easy access and plenty room. I couldn’t recommend this listing more. Great time!
I was in town with a group of friends to go to a concert at the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse, and it would be hard to find a better place to stay. The house was large and comfortable with every amenity one could want for a 2 day to weekly stay in Cleveland. The house in Tre-mont is perfectly situated and is no more than a 15-20 minute Uber ride to all the sites around town. We would gladly stay here again!!!
