5 Beds (all king sized) and 2.5 baths, two living spaces, a large outdoor deck, gas grill, big backyard, private hot tub, and basketball hoop in the driveway so you can get outside and enjoy the outdoor space when you are visiting!

This spacious 3,200 sq ft home was built for larger groups, featuring five king beds, multiple living spaces, a private hot tub, and a backyard setup that works for both kids and adults. Whether you're in town for family, work, medical travel, or a weekend getaway, this home makes it easy to settle in.

Inside, you’ll find two separate living rooms, each with Smart TVs, cable, and streaming access—perfect for giving everyone their own space to relax.



The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, plus a dedicated dining area for meals together, game nights, or morning coffee before the day begins.



With 2.5 bathrooms and a spacious layout, the home is ideal for groups who want room without sacrificing comfort.

Five king beds—a rare setup that everyone appreciates.



No one gets stuck with the small room here. Each bedroom features a king bed, giving your group premium comfort across the board.

The primary suite offers extra space along with a private bathroom featuring a soaking tub and walk-in shower.

Step outside to enjoy the private hot tub, spacious deck with seating, and gas grill for easy cookouts. The large backyard gives everyone room to spread out, with a jungle gym for kids and open space to relax.



There’s also a basketball hoop in the driveway for friendly competition.



An EV charger is available in the garage (bring your own cable).

Convenient to Cleveland’s top destinations.



You’ll be about 20 minutes from Cleveland Clinic and Case Western Reserve University, making this a great fit for medical visits, university travel, relocations, or extended stays.



Shopping, restaurants, and Cleveland attractions are also within easy reach.



✶ THE VIBE ✶

Easy, comfortable, and made for groups.



Some guests will be in the hot tub, some in the kitchen, some watching the game, and some already asleep in a king bed. That’s exactly how a great group stay should feel.



Guest Access:

The entire house and backyard is yours and yours alone! The driveway has parking for plenty of cars, but we ask you to keep it down to 5 or less. If you have more please let us know.



The Neighborhood:

In the quiet city of Pepper Pike and located near Beachwood Mall and I-271 and yet only 20 minutes to University Circle. You are in a great location away from the city but close enough you can get to downtown in less than 30 minutes.



Getting Around:

Car is encouraged. Very little public transport close by.



Other Things to Note:

**Early Check in & Late Check out: Given the house is so large and takes a while to get prepared, if there is a guest staying the night before we are unlikely to be able to accommodate early check ins. Late checkouts are also not possible at this time. You are welcome to drop off or leave your bags if you need to.



**One bedroom is located on the ground floor. The other four are on the 2nd floor.



Pet Friendly: Max 3 pets, cats or dogs welcome.

$150 flat fee per pet.
