DOWNTSTAIRS SPACE:
The downstairs is ideal for groups to hang out, play ping pong, Darts, or Cornhole, or just to relax on the couches to watch a movie. It`s a loft style space, with a small kitchen with a fridge, freezer, small sink, dishware, cookware. It does not have a stove, but there is a small broiler and a microwave. There are 2 bunk beds, and a full bathroom in the basement.
We do not rent to locals unless it`s approved.

Parking is available on the Street or on site accessible from back alley.
