It was also updated which was nice. But issues with the neighbors on the other side was not pleasant. Each night during 2 am we heard fighting and what sounded like furniture being thrown and a dog barking. We couldn’t sleep and the walls felt like they were being hit. Also back door lock was broken so we moved dresser in front of it.
