We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am. 🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED. Just a couple notes, two of the three beds are memory foam mattresses - which my husband and I do not find comfortable. Very grateful bedroom #3 had a traditional mattress. He didn't respond timely to emails. No way to call. Then after check out he accuses me of stealing his tiny bath towels that are not much larger than hand towels and I reply twice that all the towels that were in the house are still there. He emails and says he has not heard from me and charges me more money. He sent no check lout list till the evening before check out so we didn't follow check out procedures since I didn't see the email till after we left.
