The residence is a mere seven-minute journey by car from Kamm's Corner, the vibrant core of Cleveland's West Park. This area is known for its tight-knit community atmosphere, pedestrian-friendly streets, and a family-oriented environment that boasts a suburban charm. Similarly, the house is just a seven-minute drive away from Lakewood, another central hub within Cleveland's West Park, offering a dense neighborhood setting that is both walkable and welcoming to families, complete with the comforts of suburban living.

Guests will have the entire home to themselves for the length of their stay.

In 2024, our property underwent a comprehensive remodel. Guests can enjoy the convenience of contactless entry via an electronic keypad. Accommodations include a covered parking space and an additional off-street spot, ensuring ample parking for two vehicles. The living room and two bedrooms each feature expansive Smart HDTVs, complete with streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+. The kitchen awaits with a full array of cookware, utensils, and glassware, along with complimentary coffee and tea. Each bedroom is furnished with new, medium-firm queen mattresses for your comfort.
