Internet connection was fast and reliable every day. The kitchen island was good for a standing desk for a 6 ft. tall person, with the cushioned chairs around the island to use, too. The location was perfect for us - within a decent walking distance of The Spot (or a 2 minute drive), a great place well-loved by people in the Mentor area for breakfast and lunch. A local grocery store is close to it. It was incredibly quiet there, the interior was all new - great water pressure on the shower, high toilet, brand new soft towels, comfortable, soft king bed; washing machine and dryer worked fine. We didn't do any cooking, (unless you count making morning coffee and toast) but everything you could want to bake and make a meal is there. We didn't use the outdoor space at all, which is a work in progress - not yet finished to the stellar standards of the inside of the house. We would definitely stay again and look forward to seeing how our host Matt finishes the backyard! Highly recommend this property. ##### Irene I.
