This turned out to be helpful since there was a question when we arrived at the property. They were immediately available via telephone to clarify the situation. They were again responsive and available later when we had another question. The property itself was comfortable and clean and fit the description. We were very satisfied with this unit, and the location close to Cedar/Lee was great. We walked over for some very tasty pizza. The proximity to University Circle was good for our needs.
