I used to live off of Larchmere, and can attest to what an awesome neighborhood it is! I'm very excited that Baroco restaurant is back, too. Amazing arepas.If I had one small complaint, it would be that providing one Keurig cup for a 3-night stay doesn't mean I actually have access to a coffee maker (unless I bring my own k-cups!) Aside from the environmental travesty that k-cups are causing, it's kind of silly to expect that someone is going to go out and buy a whole pack of k-cups so that they can have coffee for a couple of days. I'd much rather a regular coffee machine and some grounds!Like I said, small complaint. Highly recommend this place! ##### justine l. Ken and Kaye were so nice throughout our whole stay, any questions or concerns they were quick to answer and with such kindness. The space was very clean and just what we needed. We loved that it was outside of the city, so it was quieter, but so easy to get to downtown quickly. The surrounding neighborhood is definitely being revitalized and all of the little shops are perfect! ##### Abby T. We came into town overnight for a football game, the house was clean beyond expectations, extra steps were taken to provide coffee and linens, the owner is wonderful and very responsive with messages! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. There was a bunch of awesome shops and great food all within walking distance. The place itself was adorable and we especially loved the cute balcony. The Dwelling was as described. Please note for others considering this location, it was a second floor walk up narrow stairs. We enjoyed our stay very much, the area has lots to do with multiple choices for dining, and the Cleveland art museum and botanical gardens were wonderful! The room was clean and cute. The building is older and has a nice character. The only thing we wished for were more electrical outlets in the bedrooms to plug chargers into. The host was very nice and attentive! ##### Rick B.
