Enjoy your stay at this stylish and updated unit in the heart of Tremont, just a minute’s walk from all the bars, restaurants, cafès, parks, and vintage stores. We are pet friendly on a case-by-case basis and have a complete fenced yard with easy access to the shared backyard through sliding doors.

Great location!

My friend and I stayed here to see a musical in downtown Cleveland. Conveniently located for us to uber to and from. Neighborhood is quiet and quaint. Hot tub was a nice bonus at the end of the night as usually a hotel it would have been closed and Aldo was private. Lots of places for adult beverages or eats in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay with our 10 month old while we were visiting Cuyahoga Valley National Park. There were restaurants within walking distance and it was a cute neighborhood. Great location and small gem

This place was perfect for an overnight stay. It was very clean with updated amenities. Host gave clear details on where to park and how to get into the apartment. While the bathroom was a bit small and limited seating in living room it worked perfectly for our overnight stay. Great location with access both by foot or by car to eat and find entertainment. My only complaint is there were no listed checkout procedures. Would definitely book a stay there again

We came to Cleveland to visit the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Christmas Story House museum, and this was a perfect location. We were happily surprised to find ourselves in a beautiful, walkable historic area. The house was charming and tastefully decorated. Loved the record player! And Cleveland was fun! Great stay.

Great spot in a fun neighborhood!

We (my partner, mom, and myself) rented this apartment for a wedding and loved our stay! The space is clean, conveniently located, and communication with the owners was seamless. We were able to access the property easily through keypad codes provided and felt well taken care of. My boyfriend especially appreciated the hot tub! If we're ever back in CLE we'll know where to stay - thanks again, Michael!

Well appointed apartment

We were in town for a concert and wanted to overnight the historic neighborhood of Tremont. This apartment was nicely appointed and maintained as seen in the photos. The owners were prompt in answering questions. Would highly recommend Literary Tavern for dinner, Roasted for coffee and Terrapin for breakfast.

Relaxing

The location was difficult to find at first, but once there it was fantastic. Hosts were very responsive, the hot tub was great, and they were even there cleaning it and testing the chemicals so I knew it was clean. Even though there are a lot of houses around it was sooo quiet and it was great to sit in the deck at night! Although I didn’t visit any, there are great restaurants and shops nearby…I wish I had stayed longer, but definitely will next time!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The hot tub was clean and ready to use and the whole house was clean and smelled fresh. There were a few issues that we encountered. For one, the kitchen sink had a bad leak that we discovered after trying to wash some dishes. It seemed like the homeowner knew about the leak because upon inspection under the sink they had left a few paper towels down to negate the flooding. Also, on our last night, we awoke to a loud scratching sound coming from somewhere in the kitchen. It turns out a rodent of some kind had found one of our snacks and had torn into the box and left a mess on the floor. Obviously that was disconcerting, but the rest of the stay was nice!

The listing was exactly as described. We parked on the street first. We found that easier to find the provided parking that way because it is behind rhe house. We arrived 45 min early and the host graciously let us in. The unit is very clean and has all you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the neighborhood walkability the most. There are shops, artist studios, coffee houses, and restaurants within a couple minute walk. We enjoyed The Literary Tavern. Great food and service, It was very easy to catch an Uber to go to Progressive Field.

Don’t charge your phone by the bed!

Overall the property was fine. However, it was not very clean which was disappointing. I plugged my phone charger into the extension cord provided by the bed and it started melting and smoking!!! So lucky I hadn’t gone to bed yet or it could have started a fire. The outlets are not equipped to handle all of the things they have plugged into them plus a phone charger. It was scary. This led us to notice there was not one smoke alarm in the whole unit or a fire extinguisher like the listing said there was. Be careful with older homes and extension cords. The owner was very responsive when messaging so that was good.
