Close to Cleveland Clinic, University Hospital & University Circle Enjoy your stay at this centrally located, renovated 3 bedroom, 1 bath - upper unit- in a two-family home in Little Italy. Apartment is complete with a well-equipped kitchen, which includes a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water/ice, coffee bar and a Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen table/bar was handcrafted with vintage pictures of Little Italy. The living room includes seating for 6 (all really comfortable seats, so no one has to argue), a smart TV, 3 poufs & coffee table - so that ALL may rest their feet from a long day, modern furnishings and a washer/dryer/linen closet. There are 3 bedrooms (2 King and 1 Queen). Each bedroom also includes USB plugs in the lamps, alarm clocks with sound machines, blackout curtains, ceiling fans, Smart TVs, and "ultra-quiet" ACs. Each bedroom also has a desk, chair & mirror for getting ready to hit the town, studying or work. This vacation/business rental delivers all the essentials so you can spend more time relaxing and exploring. We are in the heart of Little Italy; The Feast of the Assumption (each year in August) is directly in front of our house (church parking lot). Just down the street you can discover some of the best Italian Restaurants in not only Cleveland, but the State of Ohio, including Guarino's Restaurant - Cleveland's oldest restaurant. You will also discover shops, bakeries, bars - you name it! Don't be surprised if around 4 or 5 PM, you smell the restaurants cooking their fresh bread and Italian cuisine! The backyard is a shared space with the downstairs tenants and is professionally landscaped; it has fig, pear & peach trees and grapes. The area holds many historical homes - our home is over 120 years old. It retains much of it's charm. You will notice the distinct framework and style when you arrive. However, along with such charm, some of the flooring is uneven. The stairs, combined with some uneven flooring may make it a challenge for some people with impaired walking abilities. Please remember that this is a two-family home. You will have tenants below you. Please be a good neighbor and be mindful of your noise level and respect quite hours, as we have advised them of the same. You may, at times, hear the tenants below you. We have installed cork underlayment to the flooring and extra insulation around the heat ducts to assist with noise control. Cameras are installed on the outside of the house only. Cameras are on each of the doors – one on the front door, one on the side door and one that covers both the back door and basement door. Cameras are in place for security. Note that we can see if more than the disclosed amount of people arrives for your stay. Unfortunately, any guests that have more than the house capacity (6 people), will result in a terminated contract and must vacate immediately. The home is in a family neighborhood and large parties are not allowed. We spent a few days to attend my daughter's law school graduation and to do some sight seeing. The apartment was very clean and had everything, and more, that we needed and was exactly as pictured. Debbie was an amazing host. Great at communicating things to do, what the property had to offer, and checkout procedure. We were so grateful for our stay and everything Debbie provided! Was a little concerned about the parking but it wasn’t an issue. You do have to walk up some stairs to get to unit. Large bedrooms easily accommodating our party of 5 adults. Roku TV’s in every bedroom & living room. No issues with internet access. Very clean unit & Debbie was a great host. Great layout and everything we needed for a one week stay. Kitchen was well-equipped, beds and shower were great. We prefer a dining room table but knew in advance that seating is counter-space or living room area. Host was quick, friendly and helpful when we had questions. Walked to museums. Very close to airport transit stop. Frequent freight trains nearby (and thankfully no train whistles) which we noticed but were not disruptive. The location is perfect - steps from little Italy and the CWRU campus. Place was recently completely redone - new everything. Loved the kitchen - well equipped and designed, made cooking and entertaining friends a joy. Debbie (local owner) is an awesome host - great communication, super responsive. Our family including 3 kids, ages 8.5 and 13, were very happy and comfortable. Air conditioning kept us comfortable in the heat wave. The kitchen was fully equipped and we appreciated all of the little extras. Beds were great. Perfect location for us, halfway between eastside family and Cleveland’s great cultural offerings. We were given all instructions and information in a timely manner. Hosts were easy to get ahold of if we needed them. Beds were comfortable, living room furniture was comfortable. Her place was well stocked, we did a lot of cooking as there were five of us plus a baby. The beds and furniture to be very comfortable with plenty of seating for all. There are so many places to explore within walking distance. Debbie was very quick to respond and went above and beyond for our family. We had three vehicles and had no problem parking. When we are back in the area we will be staying at Debbie's place for sure. ##### Connie R. Very cozy and SO clean. We all commented on how well we slept, the beds are super comfy, no shorcuts were taken on the bedding or the mattresses. Exceptional! The living room comfortably sat our group of 6 and the couches were comfy, we appreciated the extra pillows and throws. Large kitchen with good counter space if you feel like cooking, if not you are just a short walk away from lots of great restaurants, a must try is the pizza at Mama Santo's and dessert from Presti's bakery!
