Room design is poor. For example, hand towels are next to the shower and batch towels are near the sink. So, you where ever you are, you have to walk over to get a towel. No housekeeping was provided on the first day, even though I requested it. At 9:30 PM there was a know on our door, waking us up, to inquire whether we requested extra pillows. At around 11 PM, someone was taking a shower in the room next door which cause a loud buzzing in our room making it impossible to sleep.

I liked the view from my room. I liked the hot water in the bathroom and the tub that I could soak in. I didn’t like the noisy late night neighbors.

Excellent overall service and still I think you needore handicap parking, instead of "honors." Also, maybe more attention to public restroom stock, and stock on breakfast bar. Overall quite good.

I travel to Cleveland ~3 times per year for work. I always stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites - Beachwood as the hotel location is great and close to everything and the staff are pleasant and helpful. The hotel is being updated which will make it even better next trip! The breakfast options are somewhat limited but good. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making our stay pleasant!

While the property is under reconstruction, staff were always attentive and friendly, the unaffected parts of the property were in good shape, the breakfast bar was complete and tasty, and I always felt welcome.

First thing indoor pool not heated freezing cold the indoor jacuzzi out of service in the room king size bed matress was like sleeping on hard floor and the shower wouldnt stay warm at all worst experience Ive ever had in hotel had to leave in middle of the night.

Staff very very nice but understaffed. Full breakfast was convenient and good. They have travel bags with snacks for your day. They were remodeling so was bit messy. First room, shower did not work, so they upgraded me to a suite with a good shower😊.

We will be back
Room was very nice, very clean. Bed was very firm, which is my only complaint. I was given the wrong room initially, but it was corrected promptly and with no complaints from the staff. My husband needed a handicap accessible room. There was a wonderful selection of cold and hot food for breakfast. The dining area was clean and comfortable.We will stay there again.
