All confirmed bookings will be required to submit a photo ID for guest screening. If intending to use the parking garage we will need vehicle information as well. Please note this is a 2 Story Townhouse, and steps are required to get upstairs and access the bedroom, bathroom, and balcony. Surveillance cameras are in the hallways for security. Minut/NoiseAware device are in the unit for noise level. It does not record conversation, rather only measures level of noise based on decibel (dB). Please note this is a residential building with other long term guests. People who live here have lives & jobs to go to every morning. As a result, our building has a VERY strict no party policy, and quite hours from 10pm-7am. No smoking or loitering is permitted in any of the common areas. We have 24/7 security and management on site and hold a zero tolerance policy for those who do not follow our house rules.
