Located only 15 minutes from Cleveland Hopkins airport, a half hour from downtown Cleveland, and 15 minutes from Baldwin Wallace University. WiFi internet and a smart TV are also all provided. Also provided is an “old school” Nintendo preloaded with 620 games! No parties/loud gatherings allowed due to the family friendly neighborhood. Guest Access: Includes access to attached 1 car garage to keep your car free from the elements. Getting Around: Our property is located in a quiet residential area of Strongsville, Ohio, with easy access to major highways like I-71 and the Ohio Turnpike. If you're looking to explore the area, we recommend renting a car or using a taxi or rideshare service like Uber or Lyft. There are also several nearby attractions worth checking out, including the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, which are best reached by car or public transportation. For guests bringing their own car, there is a private parking spot available on the property! Other Things to Note: Please be aware and respect our house rules ⚠️ House rules: 🤫 Keep noise to a minimum outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am. 🐾 A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. NO CATS ALLOWED 🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. A nice location close to amenities like shopping and groceries. The only suggestion would be room darkening curtains as the street light shines in the window. My family didn’t cook or used any utensils/tools. Glad to see coffee filters available onsite. Didn’t know bathroom soap, shampoo & conditioner were available. Grateful to have a clean location especially w/ a highly allergic person in my family. We couldn’t figure out the TV & it was probably operator error. The location was ideal for us to visit family locally. The only unusual requests were no shoes in house & trash removal before departure. Never had that request from other hosts/locations.
