EXCEUTIVE SUITE WITH 2 BEDROOMS, THEATER ROOM W/55" TV, BATH W/ SHOWER, MICROWAVE, KERUG, TOASTER & FRIDGE. PRIVATE ENTRANCE WITH CODE LOCK. HEAT AND A/C. LARGE LIBRARY, FAST WI-FI. VERY QUIET AND SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD. THIS IS THE ENTIRE 1,090 sq ft., 2ND FLOOR OF A 15 YEAR OLD HOUSE. THERE ARE 16 STEPS UP TO THE 2ND FLOOR. WE ARE LOCATED CLOSE TO I-75, LEE UNIVERSITY AND ACCESS TO MANY OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES. THERE ARE 2 QUEEN BEDS AND 6 RECLINERS THAT ADULTS OR CHILDREN CAN SLEEP IN. THERE IS A 10' x 18' OUTDOOR SEATING AREA WITH A GAS BBQ. FOR EACH GUEST AFTER 5, THERE IS A $25 CHARGE PER NIGHT.

Long Weekend
We stayed a long weekend and enjoyed the stay. The property was very nice and clean. The host was super nice and helpful. But our favorite was the collection of books in the library. What a wealth of interesting Christian filled books. Just blessed to have stayed here. Thank you

Very nice upstairs apartment
Our stay at Mike’s house was excellent. We only stayed one night and did not need any of the amenities, but they were all available! After 5 people took showers there was still plenty of hot water, which was ideal for everyone to be able to get ready in the morning. Overall, a cozy space for staying the night!

A Most Excellent Stay!
My brother-in-law and I were in Cleveland to visit some friends. He’d retired and moved away a year ago, and we came for a visit. Found this amazing VRBO and booked it. Oh my soul! What a gem this is. Clean, comfortable, spacious….all the good stuff! Met the host, Mr Lyon, as we pulled in, and we were immediately impressed. This a fantastic place to stay. From the theater room to the spacious bedrooms. Will stay here again when we come again to Cleveland.

Great Place For A Quick Visit
Good place to stay for a few days. :-) Has a small refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, and toaster. Great setup of an in-home theater with recliners. Kids enjoyed it, too!

Wonderful stay
This is a beautiful home and a wonderful place to stay! It is totally as advertised and in a very nice, safe neighborhood. Mike is easy to work with! I travelled with two teenage grandsons who loved the theater seats and gaming opportunities in the TV room. I would definitely stay again were I to travel here in the future.
