Perfect everything!
We settled on this home to stay in for my daughter’s graduation at Lee University. The house was perfect. It was very clean, nicely set up and very welcoming. The location was excellent as well. We had everything we needed as the house was fully stocked. And great communication with David our host. I would recommend this house 100%.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful well maintained home. Pleasant evenings on the deck or in the very comfortable living room. Truly, a home away from home!! Family vacation
This was a great place to stay! I had my granddaughters with me both under 3. I had no worries about navigating stairs with them here (single level ). A wonderful back yard to play in. Having a high chair provided was absolutely a blessing along with a pack in play. There is an amazing park with tons of options for all ages to play, less than a 5 min walk. We traveled to Chattanooga from here and it only took about 25-30 minutes. Fully stocked kitchen if you prefer to cook in. Many restaurants to choose from and a few coffee houses only a few minutes drive away. I would recommend staying here to anyone wanting to be within the area. Thank you David! Michelle and family l

Amazing location and home!
Could not have been more pleasantly surprised to drive into this neighborhood and up to this home. It was perfect! The walking distance to the park was a huge benefit and the yard is just right! Highly recommend for anyone. The owners and managers are super responsive and nice. Great place, we will stay there again!

Our Crew was Very Happy with the accomodations.
Great communication level with the homeowner. we had 3 of our guys stay there will doing a job install in that city. The guys said it was a really nice home and they were all really pleased with it. Very much would recommend this rental.

Cleveland is a quaint town and we enjoyed looking at all the old homes. This house is a duplex in a quiet neighborhood near a nice park. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was only 15 minutes from our rafting trip. We had a wonderful dinner at True. It was a perfect vacation.

We came to Cleveland for a conference and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. We decided to go this route and super happy we did. The house was close to the conference and restaurants the beds was comfortable and the house felt like home. The owner contacted me personally via email and was very professional. We will definitely stay here again.

A hidden gem in a quiet neighborhood!
A lovely well kept older home just off the beaten path in Cleveland, TN. Our host checked in on us but we had everything we needed. The home was well stocked with linens, kitchen equipment and a lot of staples like spices and condiments in the fridge. Beds were super comfortable. Lots of restaurant choices nearby and Chattanooga and all it has to offer are not far. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the area.

Our extended family was in town for our daughter's wedding at Lee University. We had all wedding things, preparations, and days of events leading to the big day. This home was the perfect spot to support our family's needs for meals, visiting, planning, ironing tablecloths, and much more. The house provided all things needed in the kitchen, family room, and bedrooms and we were in walking distance of Deer Park, which was great for cousins to play. We were grateful for such a wonderful home during the week of our daughter's wedding. We would highly recommend this VRBO!

Very clean and as described. We stayed at David’s place for 3 weeks. It had everything that makes an extended stay nice. Kitchen was well equipped with lots of pots, pans and utensils. Furniture in the living room was comfortable... I’m always amazed at some of the places I’ve stayed how uncomfortable the living and dining furniture is. Location was great for us, just down the street from the hospital. It was also easy to jump on the interstate and head to Chattanooga or one of the many parks near by. Will stay again when we visit the area.

WONDERFUL rental house!
We rented this house for a bridal party (3 couples) - the wedding was about 15 mins. away. It was clean, close to everything, and very comfortable for everyone to get ready for the wedding. This place was exactly what we needed. We brought our 3 small kids with us (ages 2,4,7). I contacted the property manager before we came and asked if they have a crib/pack and play and a highchair for our little one. He said now but the will get one. Sure enough when we arrived these items were in one of the closets. Property was clean with lots of bedding and pillows. I wish I would have read the other reviews because this property is actually a side by side duplex. This should work for most people but I wanted to be respectful of the neighbors and my kids tend to be loud. Also, I did not realize that their are about 8 to 10 stairs leading from the patio to the back yard. Again not a big deal for most but we have small kids and normally try to avoid stairs. Over all I give 5 stars. My daughter even broke a soap container. When I told the manager he said do not worry about it. I think the manager was very responsive and reached out when I needed him.

Very Nice Place in Cleveland!
I stayed here with my family for about a week as we relocated to the area. We enjoyed a comfortable stay. I was a little surprised to find that this property is a duplex, but maybe I missed that on the web site. The back yard is open and has plenty of room for kids to play, but the yard is shared and I was didn't want to disturb our neighbor. We didn't have any issues, and I would recommend this property as it is very convenient to pretty much everything in Cleveland, and it is clean, spacious, and comfortable.
