The building itself is well worn, elevator is sketchy, dark hallways. The unit itself is as the photos describe. Bedding and linens were clean, however a really good deep cleaning is much needed in this unit, baseboards and doors were filthy. Bathroom faucet sprayed everywhere, kitchen faucet didn’t retract. Lots of dust on the TV stand rest of apartment was dusted, burnt out light bulbs in both living room and bedrooms, coffee maker didn’t work but manager quickly replaced it. ##### Peter B.
