The Space:

Mountainside Falls is located about a 5-mile drive from downtown HELEN GA! This cabin is a custom-built home specifically made for our program. It was designed with every detail in mind and is very well maintained.



Built into this cabin’s 3 stories, are a master bedroom with master bath, living room and kitchen, upstairs bedroom with 2nd full bathroom, and downstairs bedroom, (with a 3rd full bathroom), game room, and a built-in SAUNA. You will ENJOY the kitchen with a eat at bar and open design of the main floor. After dinner, take a walk downstairs and join the kids in the game room where you’ll find a pool table, SmartTV with Roku, queen bed, and the cedar sauna. Or you could spend your evenings watching the sunset rocking in a chair on the complete wrap around deck.



Whether you use the Sauna, Indoor Jacuzzi Tub, Hot Tub on Back porch, play a game of pool, or just sit in front of the wood fireplace, you are sure to have the time of your life at this AMAZING cabin.

Minimum Age of Primary Renter 29

DOGS ONLY: Approved low-shedding breeds only. Dogs must be potty trained, under 50 lbs, and no more than 2 per stay.

Not permitted: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Bullmastiffs, high-shedding or large breeds, and cats.

Standard Pet fee: $150/pet

Long term pet fee (stays of 7+ days): $35/day per pet. Confirm pet terms with property manager, as breed and shedding factor into approval.

Pets may not be left unattended, tied up outside, or allowed on furniture/beds. Guests must supply their own pet bed/crate and clean up waste

The road to this cabin is gravel.

The maximum number of vehicles in the driveway is 4.

Firewood Available for Delivery for $39.96 for 3 bundles plus tax. Delivered Monday – Friday Only, Ask the Office!

Seasonally decorated for Christmas, including a Christmas Tree, right after Thanksgiving and taken down right after the New Year’s holiday

We provide complimentary essential products to get you started for your stay, such as 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 trash bags, 2 laundry pods, 1 bath soap per bathroom, and 1 pack of coffee. Be sure to bring extra of these items and any other items you may need for your stay
