LOCATION: You’ll be located just minutes from Downtown Cleveland, the Lake, as well as Cleveland's most trendy up and coming neighborhoods where all all the locals go to hangout!

You'll be minutes away from award-winning restaurants, bars, and unique little shops!

You will have full access to the entire house minus the basement. The basement is unfinished and is used for storage. We also lock off one closet near the kitchen for our cleaners to keep their supplies.

The house is yours to enjoy with an easy self checkin process :).

Free parking is available in the driveway as well as the street.

We genuinely LOVE hosting and helping people have an amazing stay in our city! If you have ANY questions during your stay, reach out via the VRBO app or text/call us any time!

Please note, we love hosting small events and get togethers, however we do have a very strict No Party policy and quite hours from 10pm - 7am.

No Parties: People who live in this neighborhood have lives & jobs to go to every morning. As a result, there will be ABSOLUTELY no partying, no loud noise, and no smoking inside the house.

Surveillance cameras are on the exterior for security. Minut/NoiseAware device are in the unit to measure noise level. It does not record conversation, rather only measures level of noise based on decibel (dB).

At Hosts discretion, guests may be required to submit a photo ID and/or vehicle information for guest screening.

There is no commercial photography allowed.

Below were all the issues I faced. Filed a stay neighborly report.1. complete dirty2. Extremely hot. Windows all cracked open3. 3rd floor window air condition unit not sealed completely open to the outside4. Dishwasher broken5. Garbage disposal broken6. Knife found in couch7. Open dangerous entry to unfinished basement8. 3rd. floor no screens in windows - child could fall out9. 2nd floor glass shower door not properly installed. Completely shattered - Cut and harmed guest10. Wifi and paperwork information outdated not for this house.11. Random trash on porch12. Kitchen cabinets are not installed correctly completely not usable on right side of oven13. Fans and air condition unit on 3rd floor covered in thick layers of dust14. Walls, baseboards, bathroom doors covered in stains15. Offered to meet on day 2 at 4pm - then offered a 10 am at check out walk through to talk through issues.16. Asked repeatedly for a partial or complete refund to help the areas.
