Walking distance to Lake Erie in the Avon Lake cottage district. Very peaceful, stylish and ready for your getaway! This is a very modern and clean 2 bedroom cottage with nice size living room and kitchen. Kitchen has a small table for 2 and a counter for meals (up to 4 people). Each Bedroom has a Queen size bed. 1 modern full size bath. There is almost zero traffic on this street except for the people that live in this cottage district. You can safely walk or ride your bike on the street. Very wooded with mature oak trees. Short drive to Huntington Beach and other areas of interest along Lake Erie on the west side of Cleveland. Also walking distance to several restaurants and pubs/taverns Whole house rental includes Wifi, Cable TV, 3 Roku TVs (Living Room, Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2).
