Featuring three floors of living space! Perfect for large groups, co-workers, families and friends! As we said, this place is HUGE. This is a 3 level side by side duplex. Off street parking for 2 cars. Wifi Workspace 4 bedrooms. Across the street from Edgewater Beach. 5 mins to downtown 15 mins from airport. 15 mins or less to all main hospitals (Cleveland Clinic, UH, Metro, ect) The Space: Huge side by side in desirable Edgewater Neighborhood of Cleveland. Featuring three floors of living space! Main floor features hardwood floors throughout living room, dining room, kitchen and 1/2 bath. Front and back porch also found on main floor! Second floor has hardwoods, three bedrooms (Twin, Queen & King) and a full bath. The third floor boasts the 4th bedroom with 2 twin beds. Private washer and dryer located in the basement. Off street parking for 2 cars and central AC/HVAC included Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire unit. 2 parking spaces Laundry in basement. The Neighborhood: LAKE ERIE/BEACH WALKING DISTANCE With direct access to a Great Lake, walkable shops, businesses and bars, and a dense, unique urban character. Direct highway access to Downtown CLE. The location is very convenient as you are centrally located with downtown, Ohio City, Tremont and The Flats just a short drive away. Even the famous Cleveland Museum of Art is only about a 15 minute drive. You can easily walk to Edgewater Beach which is very nice. If noise bothers you, be aware that it is on a busy street, so there is noise from the traffic. You will hear sirens and motorcycles. Mark was very responsive to any inquiry. The place was clean as a whistle upon arrival. We enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen, the spacious dining room, and the comfy couch in the living room. The beds were comfortable, and we were happy for the supplemental window A/C units and ceiling fans even though the house has central air conditioning. Being so close to Edgewater Park and the beach was a real treat. Be sure to catch the sunset whenever you can as we did! All that downtown offers is SO close and convenient - it took us just minutes to get to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, even with the July 4th holiday weekend. My only very minor negative in this sea of positives is that there is just one tub/shower. It is an older house with all of the charm - creaky stairs, etc. - and the bathroom that has the tub/shower is very small, but there is space in the second bathroom off the kitchen to put in another shower, and I hope that the owners choose to do so in the future. That being said, we went in with open eyes and chose the proximity to the water over the number of bathrooms, and I’m glad that we did. It was totally worth it. ##### Lori S. One thing to note is that there is no air conditioning. We were there during a heat wave and it was unbearable in the attic(where 2 kids were supposed to sleep/ ended up sleeping in the living room) When we first arrived there was a very strong smell(older pipes/ older house). The management co had someone over right away to try to fix. The bathroom has a shower that's not really suitable for older people or young children. An odd step as soon as you get out. Other than that, we were grateful to have a place to stay and this did the job. We felt safe the entire time, it was centrally located, and there were no bugs or pests at all. Had access to netflix and had a family movie night. We are used to newer construction so this it's my 2 cents- might be just fine for others! Thank you for sharing your home with us. ##### Marta H.
