My husband loved the wood furniture so much that Lisa connected us with her uncle who made them. We visited the uncle and ended up buying several pieces for our home! We were in the area for skiing and to explore Collingwood, and the cottage was a short drive to all of our destinations. There is a convenience store and a specialty items store just down the road in case you forget the basics or are looking for special treats.After a day in the snow, we loved going back to the comfortable couch, warm fireplace, and Netflix on the TV.We will definitely be back when we visit the area again! ##### Søs F. In a separate out building. It was very clean. Full sized modern kitchen. Beds were comfy and lots of towels provided. Hosts were responsive. There is a lovely yard with access to barbecue and outdoor seating if you care to cook. There is a general store and cafe about 5 minute walk away. You can have coffee your way with French press, Keurig or drip coffee options. They are in a septic and have well water which is drinkable and hosts provide spring water in a dispenser. The Dornach Pub served great pub food and also a 5 minute walk. There is a variety store across the road. Just a note if you have accessibility concerns there is a step up to the bathroom that is configured like a Jack and Jill between the bedrooms. The cottage has everything you need and is so close to everything while being very private. Our dog Winn loved the backyard and his new friend Ruby. So warm and inviting everything we could need was readily available short walk to a convenience store with a beer store and LCBO inside also a nice Cafe and Restaurant just steps away a short drive to Wasaga beach and Blue Mountains would definitely recommend staying at Harmony house ##### Charlie M.
