  • Newly updated cottage in the perfect location, just a block from City Beach and the splash pad, two blocks from City Park and downtown Clear Lake. And just a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk to the famous Surf Ballroom. No better way to enjoy your Clear Lake vacation than to walk to the beach (beach towels, toys and wagon provided) or visit some of Clear Lake’s finest! Elly’s, 173 Craft Distillery, Lake Time Brewery, Cookies Etc., Cabin Coffee, Charlie’s Soda Factory, Starboard Market, Cancun by the Lake, Gyro Place, Sevens, Rookies, Tap’d and Clear Lake’s newest coffee house, Livonia’s!
    Bring the boat, we’ve got an extra long driveway ready for your boat and a public launch just down the street.
