"Everything was great! Accuracy of how far to Ray Roberts state park isn’t 5 minutes, more around 30 minutes. Also asked if we could park 3 vehicles with boats, and that would virtually be impossible. Luckily only had 2 vehicles with boats and that was a chore for sure. "

"What a great place to stay! KittyHaus was sparkling clean, very comfortable, and had everything we could possibly want to feel right at home. The beds were super comfy (with bedding that looked and smelled wonderfully clean!!) and the showers were great. The neighborhood was pretty and felt very safe. The decor was both artistic and whimsical. It is clear the owners have put a lot of care into creating a beautiful and welcoming space. Great communication with the host. I have stayed at more than 30 VRBO homes and this one is my favorite. My husband and our two adult children all loved it as well. We look forward to our next stay at KittyHaus. "

"Our stay was absolutely amazing. Melissa is so nice & welcoming!! She made us breakfast on one of our mornings, EVERYONE should get the chance to try her mean egg sandwich! It was delicious!! Every part of our stay was magical, from the time we arrived to the time we left, so many beautiful sights. We were lucky enough to see the locust trees in full bloom too!! The only downside was not having more time! We will be back!! "

"This was the worst place i could have ever stayed. We paid for 4 nights and only stayed 1 night. Dirty, broken furniture. We were not aware it would be shared property. The people we shared with smoked Marijuana. They kept turning up the heat when it was very hot out. We complained to management and got no response. It smelled, it was dirty and dusty. A complete waste of our money and time. I wanted my money back which is most likely why we did not get a response. The bed was extremely hard, it felt like cement. Don't choose this place if I were you. Just taking people's money and not putting any money back into their property is diabolical. The towels and sheets smelled like mildew. "

"The reason I choose this stay was the farm animals. Sadly, the animals looked neglected as well as the property. I hope they get more ranch hands to help maintain the animals such as grooming. The many many flies were all over the animals. The poor alpacas kept kicking to shake them off. The best part was the brand new jacuzzi. "
