This mountain home in Suncadia’s new Nelson Creek Neighborhood offers stunning forest views, frequent visits from wildlife, and is perfectly situated for all your vacation plans. Located across from The Nelson Farm, it’s also just a short drive to the resort core with golf, dining, a winery, the spa and more.  
  
The elegant open concept living room, custom kitchen and dining area is ideal for group gatherings, accentuated with large windows showcasing the forest views all around. The kitchen is equipped with top line appliances including a six-burner gas stove, two ovens, microwave, dishwasher, sink and large island that offers seating for five. The adjacent dining room is surrounded by windows and seats eight comfortably.   
  
The covered patio has BBQ, seating for four, hot tub, and fire pit with six Adirondack chairs making it the perfect place to sip cocktails, snack on s'mores, with all the fun in the garage with a lounge area, ping pong and shuffleboard to enjoy the company of family and friends.

The 2nd bedroom is on the second level has a king bed with ensuite bathroom that features a walk-in shower.  
The 3rd bedroom on the second level has a king bed with ensuite bathrooms that features a walk-in shower.  
The 4th bedroom room is also on the second level and offers two twin beds, two twin-over-twin bunk beds with ensuite bathroom featuring a combination tub/shower.  
There is a full bath on the main floor of the house featuring a walk-in shower.
