You need someone assigned directly to the breakfast bar. Also, the hotel rooms were not clean. It was obvious that the rooms had not been vacuumed, and the bathroom floor was disgusting. Also, the drain in the shower needs to be fixed it almost ran over the edge while taking a shower. Unacceptable. This property needs attention. "

"I reserved a room with a bathtub 3 weeks ahead of time and when I arrived, they didn't have one available. The staff member blamed Hotels.com for the mix up and did nothing to rectify the situation. The shampoo dispensers were nearly empty, breakfast was continental and ok at best. Was not worth the price. It also claims it's a convenient distance to Virginia Tech, but for that price, I'd rather stay at a different location. It took nearly 30 minutes to get to the University."
