"Pay attention to the details. There are no elevators. This hotel is not handicap accessible. This seriously shocked me in today's day and age. My daughter has a scooter and cannot walk. We were on the 2nd floor. They were booked and could not move us. To make this even worse they directed us to the wrong side of the hotel. So after her crawling up the stairs and us carrying all of our luggage , we had to come down and go to the other end of the hotel and up another set of stairs. These stairs were in such poor shape it was extremely dangerous. Each step was lifting and peeling creating a serious fall hazard. The door to the parking lot at the bottom of our stairs said it was locked and required a room key for safety. However, it was busted and didn't even close all the way. Also, even with the water in the shower turned to full hot it was luke warm at best for our entire stay."

"Room was clean, dated but clean. But…. Could not use the hvac. Mold…, smelled extremely like urine."

"The tops of the lamp shades were dusty. The staff at the front desk were not as friendly as some places. The restaurant staff was friendly. I was able to walk to campus which was good."

"Room outdated old brown carpet all over made it dark and gloomy. Paint chipped. Worse part was the shower pressure was awful. I tried to get a room change but got the run around. They finally sent the “manager” who came to try and fix it ran the water and said it was ok that even he had low pressure at his home. I showed him the shower head he said it was fine that’s it. Then I showed him the condition of the bathroom mold and stains and he said nothing. Honestly for a chain hotel this was really a poor representation. I was told the manager would contact me and he did not. Honestly even the breakfast was one of the poorest conditions I’ve seen in a chain hotel. Dried up sausage and scrambled egg no other real options besides waffles. Would not recommend if you are looking to relax or enjoy a stay in the area. This is my second stay here and this was far worse. Just poor customer service and attention to customer care or comfort of their customers. Felt like Just a money grab when people are in a pinch. "

"The room was fine and was able to meet our needs especially since we had a small dog. Thanks for accommodating him as well. The extra fee was reasonable."

"Good: Nice and comfortable stay. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Super quiet, which was great. Water pressure was great. The staff was excellent! Bad: My comforter had a couple stains on it. The refrigerator barely worked."

"We had only one issue.I called yesterday to check my reservation and they told me that it was confirmed, but when we went to do the check in the front desk told me that my reservation was canceled because of a third party did the cancellation, so they gave me another room.Other than that everything else was okey. "Overall, the service from Checkin to Breakfast was good. The window curtains do not close and the spotlights for the trees were very bright. I would suggest asking for rooms facing the back of the property. Breakfast had hot options. Eggs, biscuits and gravy and freshly made waffles."
