"This was our 6th time visiting Oocident. It is it home away from home. This is where we go to component unwind and relax. It is not luxurious, but it's a wonderful place to simplify your life for a short while. We love staying there, and Phyllis and Jen have become dear friends."

"I do not think the pictures in the listing capture how nice this farmhouse is. My family had an amazing week exploring the island, swimming at the dock, and enjoying the area. We rented a boat to get access to the island. Boating in this area might not be great for an inexperienced boater like we were. Lots of hazards so you need to be careful. A few days were windy so we had to use a water taxi because it was too rough for our small boat. We had an amazing time, it was quite an adventure for us!"

"Great views on the water, One bath is a major downer as it is on the second floor. The many steps are a challenge for older people. Strange to not provide a dishwasher or washer or dryer. Very nicel paneling inside downstairs."
