Relax at this welcoming 4-bedroom suburban home in Delaware! We are 5 minutes to I-95 and 20 minutes to PHL Airport. Close to Metro service at Claymont Transit Center (2 miles) with trains to Philadelphia (30 min.), NYC (2hrs), Washington, DC (2hrs) and everywhere. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, entertainment and attractions. Clean, modern open plan detached house with 65 inch wi-fi HDTV and new deck off kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped--great for preparing & enjoying group meals. There is a downstairs suite with a futon, full bath and separate entrance.
Day trip to NYC, Baltimore, Washington, DC, Lancaster County, PA or beaches in NJ and DE. All are less than 2 hours away by car.
4-car driveway plus free parking. Well behaved pets are permitted. The fully fenced and gated back yard is perfect for dogs.
