"The manager is amazing. I left a fanny pack in the room by mistake. She called me shortly after I left but unfortunately I missed the call. I arranged to have FedEx pick up the package and she got it boxed up for me, printed off the shipping label and handed it off to FedEx. I received the package a day later. Excellent customer care. The breakfast was good and there is a Cattleman's restaurant adjacent to the hotel property."

"The room was overall clean, but a bit old. It definitely did the function of what I needed for the night. The view out the window and on the deck was very nice. It was a rainy night so I didn’t get to utilize the porch, but if it was sunny, it would’ve been nice. There was an extremely annoying noise, though that sounded as though it was coming from the outside, but when you open the door, you realized it was coming from the air duct or something above the room. It almost sounded like someone was doing work on the pipes. It went on all night and it did keep me up, but I turned on my noise machine so it helped drown it out some. I would say that was the only bad part. There was a decent continental breakfast similar to what most hotels would have. I did enjoy the fresh fruit cups, though it was extremely convenient for hiking based on the location. There was a good hands-free water fountain to fill up your hydration pack for hiking in the lobby, which is always super important to me. Parking was easy and free."

"Worst time of my life saying at this place, the hot tub was broke when we arrived. Our suite was not ready then they gave us a room and then when we got to the room, it was filthy. Dirty was never made up then we had to go back and get keys for the another room they’re going to give us and then they said the next day we’ll have our suite walked up. The staff did not know nothing about it and then 20 minutes later they called and says all we got the suite ready but it’s upstairs and we’re just gonna put a roly bed in there so we just told them to bring it down here in the room we’re in already and it does not have an elevator so I will never stay at this place ever again"

"The bedding had cigrate burns through each of the sheets and blankets. Even tho it was a non smoker room it smelled like weed and cigarettes. The room had no microwave and the fridge it came with smelled of rotten food. The bathroom curtain was covered in mold and the shower was dirty with handprints and gunk on the walls and ceiling. Tbe towels looked like they were not fully cleaned and the sink leaked and was definitely not cleaned. The property was not maintained and was overflowing in each of it trash cans. Parking was totally fine."
