Zunächst mussten wir dem Verwalter h ... Wir würden es nicht noch einmal buchen!!!! Zunächst mussten wir dem Verwalter hinterhertelefonieren, um den Schlüssel zu bekommen. Als wir dann in die Wohnung kamen, waren wir schockiert. Sie war sehr schmutzig und völlig verwohnt. Nicht nur stimmten die Bilder, die man bei der Buchung sieht, überhaupt nicht mit dem überein, was wir vorfanden, sondern die vorhandenen Möbel waren auch völlig kaputt: Die Schlafcouch war versifft und hatte große gelb-braune Flecken und war defekt, das Kunstleder der Stühle war komplett abgerubbelt und waren kaputt. Das WLAN funktionierte auch nicht. Erst nachdem wir feststellten, dass der Stecker in der falschen Buchse steckte, wurde es aktiv. Im Kinderzimmer gab es kaputte und schmutzige Wände, kaputte Lattenroste, Schimmel im Bettkasten und jede Menge Schmutz auf dem Boden. Im Schlafzimmer sah es ähnlich aus: Die Deckenlampe hing nur noch an Kabeln knapp über dem Bett. Alle Bettdecken und Kopfkissen waren fleckig und verschmutzt. Die Küche samt dem wirklich sehr geringen Geschirr war ebenfalls verschmutzt und nichts war gereinigt worden. Der Abwaschschwamm war voller Schmutz und Haare. Einfach grauenvoll. Nachdem wir den Verwalter kontaktiert und um einen Wohnungswechsel gebeten hatten, da es in diesem Haus noch mehrere Wohnungen gab, war dieser wenig hilfsbereit. Am Telefon sagte er wiederholt, dass er das nicht glauben würde und es sich nur um normale Abnutzungserscheinungen handeln würde. Nachdem wir ihn gebeten hatten, den Eigentümer zu kontaktieren, um die Zustimmung für einen Wohnungswechsel zu erhalten, rief er uns später zurück und sagte, dass dieser dem angeblich nicht zustimmen würde. Wir nahmen daraufhin selbst Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer auf, der einem Wohnungswechsel sehr wohl zustimmte. Wir zogen in die Dachgeschosswohnung. Diese war zwar von der Sauberkeit her eine Verbesserung, dennoch war auch hier die Couch (Kunstleder) so abgerubbelt, dass wir sie mit Decken abdecken mussten, um darauf sitzen zu können. Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer hatte einen riesigen gelben Fleck. Im Kinderzimmer war das Geländer des Metalletagenbetts lose und die Leiter hatte keine Sprossen. In der Küche war der Backofen komplett schmutzig und das Geschirr war wieder verdeckt. Diese Wohnung war für fünf Personen ausgelegt, aber es war nicht genügend Besteck vorhanden, weiter gab es zwei Pfannen, aber keinen einzigen Topf. Der Balkon/die Terrasse war voll mit Bergen von Laub, es gab einen rostigen Tisch und zwei rostige Stühle.
