Everything you need amd exactly as described, plenty of seating for a larger group and sleeping tent/yurt makes inclement weather less of a concern than a regular tent or backpacking setup. "The mobile home was roomy and comfortable, in the woods a minute or two from Rt 17 (easy to find), with the added beneft of free roaming chickens (outdoors, of course!) and helpful hosts. It's an hour from Binghamton, and much more reasonable than hotels in Binghamton during graduation! "
