It is 20 minutes to Fort Campbell area, 45 minutes to Nashville, and 20 min to most of Clarksville areas. Cottage includes fully stocked kitchen, relaxing seating areas in backyard and SUNROOM, and on premise parking. There is also a SPEAKEASY themed airbnb NEXT DOOR you can rent as well! Be sure to bring your best camera for all the photo opportunities! This home is located right next to the popular OLD CLARKSVILLE HOUSE and they can be booked together for gatherings. It's the PINK HOUSE! You have to take a cute picture up front with the brick sidewalk and stairs! It was an excellent choice for girls and ladies of all ages. With the house being older, the stairs going to the 2nd floor were steep which took extra care going up and down. Though with practice they were manageable. Other than the quirks of an old house, such as squeaky doors and floors and some rooms being hotter or colder than others, it was an almost perfect get-away! ##### Lana S.
