Loved it here room was spotless, staff was so nice and never made me feel like I was bothering them, the breakfast wasn’t available when I went due to some staffing issue but they gave me a free coffee when I was down there. The hot tub and pool are clean the gym was clean, the beds are comfy and the hotel is quiet.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Honestly, I hate leaving negative reviews, but the hotel was not up to par at all. I could let some things slide, but I have my limits. We were only there 2 nights, 3 of us in a 2 queen bedroom. In this short time: 1. Had to ask for towels and washcloths, insufficient for 3 people. 2. Had to ask for body wash, dispenser empty. Later had to ask for conditioner, dispenser also empty. 3. Shower was backing up after about 4 minutes. Plunger didn’t work in sink. Spoke to front desk about both. She explained both maintenance resources were on vacation, and normally she could look, but she was managing two hotels in Clarksville, and bouncing between the two. 4. No-one cleaned the room or refilled coffee, etc. in spite of not having a Do Not Disturb sigh out. 5. The final straw, after having breakfast in their bistro, I went to the bathroom on the ground floor before we headed home. There was excrement on the floor, that looked like it had been there a while. Quite simply, terrible. We visit family in Clarksville, TN several times a year. Next time, we will return to the DoubleTree that was wonderful. It may be an extra $50 per night, but worth it. This review is NOT directed at the front line staff who do their best in an understaffed environment. I hold Hilton management responsible.
