"This cottage is right on the edge of a beautiful lake and is easily accessible to Damariscotta. We visited in mid-October when there was little activity on the lake and it was very quiet. The state and comfort of the house was a mix. Bathrooms and the bedrooms were clean. There were plenty of bath towels/face cloths etc. The upstairs bed was very comfortable and one has a sense of being perched right over the lake from this charming room. "

"We could not have loved our trip more. The bunkhouse was nice and cozy for our family of four, and we spent most of our time enjoying the outdoor amenities. We took full advantage of the canoes and kayaks, grill, and fire pit, and I thoroughly enjoyed my morning tea on the deck listening to the birds.
