No alcoholic beverages at the pool house.

Guest would have to pre-pay security deposit of $2,000 directly to the hostess before by check or on the checking-in day by cash.


At the checking out, please remove all trash from house, pool house and game room to the trash bins.
Start a load of dirty towels or sheets or both.
Remove all sheets from the beds and leave it near the washer.


Weddings and events has separate charges, please refer to the host to get the event charges/fees
We could host up to 300 people on this property for events like weddings, Birthdays, corporate gatherings, church events, ext.......

Guest has to agree to sign rental agreement and abide by the house rules.

No more then 20 people are allowed to stay at this property unless approved and allowed by property manager Jenna Miller.

Please know that any kind of event that will have more then 20 people on the property would have to be charged an event fee and be approved by an owner or management.
For events or wedding, there would be at least 2 people assigned who would be present for coordination and security reasons.
