Oceanfront home, walking distance to Dean's Blue Hole, has lots to offer! Exceptional beach for free diving, snorkeling, kite surfing, and more! if you are a family looking for an out island getaway. This house is for you!
We have equipment for: This is the only house offers to access to a tiki boat and cristyal clear kayak, we also provide Paddle boarding, Kitesurfing, Kayaking, Diving, and fishing. If your hobby isn't listed, just ask!

Other Things to Note:
There are two airports on Long Island: Deadman's Cay Airport (LGI) and Stella Maris Airport (SML). Daily scheduled service is available to the island from Nassau.
We recommend flying into Deadman's Cay as it is only 15 minutes from the property, and is usually the cheaper of the two options, there are also rental car companies at the airport to choose from.
Deadman's Cay is served by two airlines, Bahamasair and Southern Air. Southern Air has two daily flights, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Bahamasair has one flight a day, in the afternoon.
We recommend getting to Nassau International Airport anytime before 11am so that you can catch your connecting flight to Long Island. Anytime after 11am and you will risk getting stuck in Nassau for the day/night.

Overview:
This cottage is in a settlement off of the main road. You can walk to two outstanding shorelines (at Turtle Cove and Dean's Blue Hole) for beaching, meditating, snorkeling, free diving, kitesurfing, bonfires, etc.
Getting Around:
There is no public transportation on Long Island. Hitchhiking is common and safe. We have bikes on premise. Rental car options are available, ask for info.

#### Quiet and beautiful relaxing retreat
Great base on a somewhat remote island. Loved having morning coffee on deck watching the waves. People are great, beaches unbelievable. Hosts very helpfull. Deans hole was a great walkable beach and snorkel.

#### Perfect dive trip location
My friends and I went to Long Island to do some diving and spearing. The house was very comfortable with all the amenities, and the check in was seamless. The owner was very responsive and we had a great trip. I'd definitely book again.

This was a great find. Comfortable and perfectly positioned to take advantage of the gorgeous beaches, ocean holes, reefs and caves and for exploring the entire length of the island. Atil was a great host.

#### MAGICAL
An oasis of tranquility with adventure at your fingertips. The home is spacious, comfortable and sunny with the covered porch offering sweeping sea views. The beach is right in front of the house and the soothing voice of the ocean is your constant companion. The spectacular Dean's Blue hole is an easy stroll down the sandy lane. There are good restaurants and lots of beaches to explore on the island. This was our second stay and we can't wait to return. Exceptional hospitality. Thank you, Atil!

#### Beautiful Location!!!
My family rented this vacation home at the end of December. The weather and sea temperature were great! The house is nice and the location near the beach is awesome! Our bedroom, and front deck, had an ocean view and a nice breeze! Fell asleep every night to the sound of the ocean! The beach in front of the house is beautiful, we pretty much spent all our time in the water snorkeling! Very close to Deans Blue Hole, what a gorgeous beach as well! The owner, Atil, and his family were so welcoming, we really enjoyed their company. They are such wonderful people! We had a beach BBQ with them and some of the other locals-what a nice experience! We also had a bonfire on the beach! We explored the southern portion of Long Island near the beachouse (Clarencetown area). We highly recommend checking out Galloway Beach and Lochabar Beach as well. Words cannot describe how beautiful the waters were. Our fave restaurants include Lloyds Sporting Lounge, which is right down the road, Rowdy Boys, and Flying Fish Marina. If you get a chance, rent a boat and check out the "snakes". We highly recommend this house to anyone who seeks a rural Bahama island experience!

#### AWESOME LOCATION
We had an amazing time at this fantastic home. Great views and being so close to Dean's Blue Hole and private beach at Turtle Cove . The owners treated us like family!!!!! The home is spacious and comfortable. This is our third vacation on Long Island and this is the best home by Far. Will definitely be back.
