We had one small issue when the winds came up that the generator did not automatically turn on. We contacted Jack at around 4:30 in the morning and by five he had responded and let us know how to reset it. Even though the reset worked on the first try, he still had someone come out to check it to make sure it would be working properly. It's that type of attention to detail that you will see throughout this home during your stay. I came with my husband and my 77 year-old parents and we all agreed that this house over delivered.
