"We arrived at the property at 4:30. No one was there, doors blowing wide open. I called the number posted and an hour later received a call that it was still off season the restaurant was not open and since we were not there and there were two no shows we would have to wait for someone to return. Unfortunately we had an event to go tox the representative stated that he would send someone out and that he had no contact info despite that being provided on the reservation. We looked forward to dinner at the restaurant and our stay. We wished we had been informed the off season would result in this. It appears to be a beautiful property and location."

"This is a cute vintage OCNJ home. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance of the beach. The owner has provided some good options for during the summer months like chairs and bikes and a nice patio with grill. It was also clean. However, because it is an older home there are some safety hazards that need to be addressed and some mold that needs to be fixed to make this ready for paying visitors. "
