"We arrived at the property at 4:30. No one was there, doors blowing wide open. I called the number posted and an hour later received a call that it was still off season the restaurant was not open and since we were not there and there were two no shows we would have to wait for someone to return. Unfortunately we had an event to go tox the representative stated that he would send someone out and that he had no contact info despite that being provided on the reservation. We looked forward to dinner at the restaurant and our stay. We wished we had been informed the off season would result in this. It appears to be a beautiful property and location."

"We wete given a handicap room that was pretty beat up. The Refrigerator exterior was marred and the bathroom smelled musty, likely due to the lack of sealant to prevent moisture from leaking into the walls. "

"Honestly a bit overpriced for what you get. The bed was on a metal platform. Every time we moved it sounded like tin crunching. Hard mattress as well"

"Kitchen is very nice but you have to take out your own trash and take towels down to front desk if it’s after 5:00 pm.They don’t clean room I was there 6 days they never cleaned my room and I had sign on door. Breakfast is basic should not even have it pool and hot tub is nice . The elevator smells like pee and so did my room front desk said it’s the cleaning spray they used. The next day they mop elevator and the smell was gone."

"Everything was good the hot buffet breakfast, my room was very clean and due to me being a senior and handicap they gave me that room for extra space."
