In the centre of Claino 8 km from the centre of Porlezza, 24 km from the centre of Lugano, 36 km from the centre of Como, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 2 km from the lake, in a pedestrian area. Heating available only from 15.Oct. - 15.Apr.. Motor access to 50 m from the house. 50 m footpath to the house. Public parking 50 m on the road. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 30 m, bar 50 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Lugano" 25 km, pebble beach "Osteno-Lago di Lugano" 2 km, outdoor swimming pool 7 km. Marina 8 km, golf course (9 hole) 10 km, surf school 8 km, riding stable 8 km, walking paths from the house 200 m. Nearby attractions: Grotte di Rescia, Cascate di Begna, Villa Fogazzaro Roi, Balcone d'Italia-Sighignola, Lugano, Menaggio. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Como. Hiking paths: Val d'Intelvi-Pigra-Alpi, Passeggiata Santa Giulia, San Benedetto in Val Perlana. Please note: car recommended.
