"I liked the location, staff very helpful. The food downstairs cafe was good but could do with some more vegan options for dinner. Pillows in rooms to puffy need some normal ones! I don't like the decor as in the industrial ceilings in room and too much black ! Just not serine ! Feels a bit like how I would imagine prison ceceilings would be ! I would stay again but please paint the ceilings."

"Had a lovely time here. Had a slight booking issue that staff went above and beyond to resolve which was so helpful. The room was large and spotless, the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom just wonderful. I loved the bathroom decor so much I’d get it put in at home. White Company toiletries was an added bonus of luxury. Very nice."

"The staff was helpful and friendly from the moment we got out of our taxi at the curb. We had a few oversized luggage pieces and a member of staff noticed as she was arriving for her shift. She helped us over to the side door where there was small lift that enabled us to get our luggage in effortlessly. The staff was friendly from the time we arrived to the time we left, no matter who we were talking with. Bathrooms are my big pet peeve if they aren't clean then the rest of the room isn't clean. The bathroom was spotless, and so was the rest of the room. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it for others."
