- Family house in Civrieux, northeast and close to Lyon (20 km, 25 min by car), at the gateway to Dombes, near Beaujolais, in the heart of the "Pays d’Art et d’Histoire" of Trévoux Saône Vallée.
Accommodates 4 to 5 guests. Comfortable bedding. Short and medium-term stays (construction, relocation, business trips, etc.) for one night or longer.
High-speed fiber optic internet. Terrace and garden.
On the ground floor: living room with lounge area and a well-equipped kitchen, opening directly onto a private terrace and a fully enclosed west-facing garden (1,000 m²)—perfect for enjoying peaceful sunsets. Bathroom and separate toilet.
Upstairs: two bedrooms—Pivoine room with a 180x200 bed; the second, attic room with two beds (140x190 and 90x200), plus a bathroom. Option to add a 90x200 bed.
For relaxation: volleyball net, basketball hoop, ping-pong table, and boules area. Free communal tennis. Barbecue.
Vehicles can be parked under a carport or in locked garages. Accueil Vélo label.
For business trips, each bedroom has a desk, high-speed internet in all rooms, and a printer available on request.
