The property is close to the sea and you can easily go for a walk along the seafront at night.
Poor information at check-in and various requests not attended or had to wait more than one day.

The front desk experience was not good. It seems the gentleman at the front desk put my 85 year old mother on a different floor than us. When I ask if we could be on the same floor he told me “we would have had to book the rooms together “.
Well I had 1 reservation # so… it that not being booked together???
This gentleman just didn’t not care and was extremely unfriendly.
Otherwise the hotel was okay.

The breakfast buffet was great and had many options for different diets. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel was very clean and great location for bus and/or train. Wonderful place to stay and will stay again if lucky enough to come back.
