Welcome to the heart of Civitanova Marche! Our apartment located on Via Trieste is ideal for those who want a relaxing and comfortable vacation, just a stone\\'s throw from all the city\\'s main attractions. Located on the second floor of a small building, our apartment enjoys a privileged location just 200 meters from the main square and 450 meters from the sea. Just cross the square and the central public park to reach the charming waterfront.  
  
The apartment has 2 large double bedrooms, both with private balconies. You\\'ll find 2 functional bathrooms; one in the living area with shower and washing machine and one in the sleeping area with bathtub, to meet every need. A bright living room with sofa bed and balcony provides a cozy environment to relax after a day at the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare family meals.
